3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms.

4. SMS and Telecommunications Compliance

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• SMS messages sent through our platform are only to phone numbers that have initiated contact with your business
• You will honor opt-out requests promptly
• You are responsible for the content of messages sent on your behalf
• You will not use our Services for spam, harassment, or illegal activities

5. Acceptable Use

• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

6. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees: Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. Current pricing is $99/month for our Starter Plan.

• Payments are processed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. During the trial:

• You will have access to our Services without charge
• No credit card is required to start
• The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled
• We may modify or discontinue trial offers at any time

8. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by CRD AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRD AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CRD AI DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CRD AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Content you transmit through our Services

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to Services will be revoked
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
• We may retain certain data as required by law

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
